We want to know your opinion on this issue: Is YouTube Premium a rip-off at $14.99/mo depending on where you subscribe to it from. The ads aren't any better. Unless you have YouTube Premium, you are stuck watching sometimes two ads before your video starts, only being able to skip the second one, then having ads every 5 - 10 minutes. This can be especially annoying if you are watching important how-to videos. If you buy YouTube Premium straight from the YouTube platform, you get it at the lowest price; but buy it through Apple or Roku, they charge $1 - $2/mo on top of the real price. Now that's already a rip-off there. Why would you buy a subscription through a third-party to add their fees, instead of buying straight from the source at the distributor's price. If you must have YouTube Premium, save the fees and navigate to YouTube Premium - YouTube and subscribe there.
