Cancellation Policy

All cancellations/reschedules must be done within 24 hours of the start of the appointment. A diagnosis fee of $65 is charged at the time of service regardless of the outcome of the service-call, and is credited toward the completion of the service-call once the actual work on your request following the diagnosis begins. Once payment is made on labor, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. A fee of $35 + 10% of the service cost will be charged for any chargebacks that occur. Collection/legal fees may be added on top of chargeback fees.
